Recipe: Clarissa's Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups flour
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 Cup fresh or frozen blueberries (Do Not Thaw)
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
Sift together: Mix in: 1 1/4 cups flour 1/4 cup oil 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk 2 tsp baking powder 1 egg 1/2 tsp salt Fold in 1 cup Blueberries, Drop into muffin tin sprayed with Pam.
Bake for 20- 25 minutes.
